I ordered a special chinese ramen, and it was good. This is the first time I eat bamboo shoot this long, it was better than the usual bamboo shoot I eat.
I visited this Ramen shop before I go to work.
The shop has only counter table and quite small. 1 chef is operating the shop.
I have ordered basic chicken Ramen.
The ramen bowl is quite small compare to the other. It is very authentic Ramen without MSG.
I strongly recommended. The shop is pretty far from the Tachikawa train station.
Have a good one.
It was an addictive dish with a refreshing aromatic soup made from carefully selected chicken and straight medium-thick noodles. The 50 yen lunch rice is also carefully selected, and is so satisfying that you can feel the sweetness. It was an excellent dish with a good balance of soup and noodles.
A ramen shop across from Hotel Nikko Tachikawa in Tachikawa. This triangular building used to have many ramen shops, but they didn't last long and the shops have changed.
This shop is ramen with chicken soup stock. Ramen can choose soy sauce or salt. Noodles are straight noodles with low water content, so they are served relatively quickly after ordering. The soup has a strong chicken umami flavor that makes you want to drink more and more. Menma has a long tip, which is also delicious and has a good balance that does not overstate the soup. The wontons in the wonton noodles are also large and delicious.
The store clerks were also bright and polite to the customers.
Very good
I ordered the special chicken Chinese noodles with salt.
The soup felt like the richness of the chicken was stronger than it looked.
It feels well balanced with the light fatty chicken breast char siu. Menma is also delicious!
A bite of the soy sauce is delicious too! I want to try Tsukemen next time!
I was curious, so I visited for the first time. I bought the special Kujo green onion soba (added menma). Soon after, the rice bowl arrived. I tried sipping the soup first, and it was pretty good. Or maybe I like it. Goes well with straight noodles. This is delicious. There is a repeat.
Revisited. First order of spicy miso tsukemen. This is my first time trying tsukemen here. The noodles are medium-thick with a lot of water and are easy to swallow. The dipping sauce is spicy miso, but personally I feel like the miso should be brought out a little more. It was spicy and a little numb.
This time I purchased the special tsukemen (soy sauce based). I've had spicy miso tsukemen before, but this is my first time trying soy sauce-based tsukemen. I had a bowl of rice and ate only the noodles, and the noodles were delicious. The surface of the soup is also coated with chicken oil. The chicken stock is also delicious. When I put it on and eat it, I wonder if this is a problem with this system. It doesn't have that much flavor. Personally, I would like to see more involvement. However, I wonder if I will come here again. Next time I'll go for a warm bowl instead of tsukemen. It's that kind of season.
Although it is a little far from Tachikawa Station on the JR Chuo Line, Ome Line, Nambu Line, and Tama Urban Monorail, it is quite an addictive dish with the refreshing aroma of chicken and clear soup, served with medium-thick noodles. It's also good that the noodles stick together well.
I went when lunch time had just started, so I had plenty of time to eat.
8 minutes walk from Tachikawa Station on the JR Chuo Line, Ome Line, and Nambu Line. 10 minutes walk from Tachikawa Minami Station on the Tama Urban Monorail, 8 minutes walk from Nishi-Kunitachi Station on the JR Nambu Line. From Tachikawa Station, walk towards JRA (Japan Racing Association) Winds Tachikawa, directly across from Hotel Nikko Tachikawa. Follow the same route from Tachikawa Minami Station, and from Nishi-Kunitachi Station, go from Tachikawa Hospital, past Tachikawa Manga Park, and turn right on the main street, aiming for Hotel Nikko Tachikawa.
